WONDRLAB acquires performance marketing agency Neon

MarTech company Wondrlab has acquired Neon – a performance marketing agency. The Neon acquisition follows the WYP acquisition and the Opportunity acquisition. This acquisition reinforces the promise of WonderLab by enabling its customers to monetize as well as brand building. This is especially necessary for building the first-party digital landscape to survive in a cookie-free future. “Mehar Patel and her team share our passion for creating incredible solutions that impact both products and service. As teams come together, it will help us deliver a seamless full-funnel experience for our customers,” said Saurabh Verma, Founder and CEO, WonderLab.
According to the agency, Neon uses data, creativity and deep platform understanding to successfully deliver funnel campaigns. Since its inception, the agency has helped over 100 brands grow by providing conversions and leads. Yesha Shetty, co-founder of Neon, said, “As a creative leader focused on performance, I look forward to learning how the WonderLab team creates magic.”
Malabar Capital Advisors acted as financial advisor to the Neon acquisition.
Launched in 2020, WonderLab blends creativity, experience and technology with a deep understanding of human behavior, brands and platforms. In December 2020, WonderLab acquired What’s Your Problem – a creative agency. In March 2022, WonderLab acquired Opportunity – a data-driven influencer marketing platform that uses its proprietary technology and creator network to drive influencer marketing with speed and accuracy.
