Watch: Sidhu Musewala’s parents meet Amit Shah as demand for CBI probe rises

Barely a week after the horrific murder of Sidhu Musewala, the singer’s parents met the Union Home Minister Amit Shah Today in Chandigarh. The Punjab Police is yet to make any arrests in the Moosewala murder case. The meeting comes amid growing criticism of the AAP government in Punjab for campaigning for cuts in Musewala’s security.

Earlier, Musewala had requested for a meeting with Amit Shah to reiterate his demands for a probe by the central probe agency. The request was made by Musewala’s parents when Union Minister Ganjendra Singh Shekhawat went to his residence to pay tribute to the late singer.

Shekhawat then informed the parents that a meeting would be arranged with Shah on his visit to Chandigarh on June 4.
