National Herald case: Congress plans to show strength on Rahul Gandhi’s ED statement on June 13

Congress is preparing for a big show of strength in Delhi on June 13 when the former party president Rahul Gandhi Will appear before Enforcement Directorate in money laundering case.

According to sources quoted by PTI, all party MPs from both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been asked to reach the party headquarters at Akbar Road on Monday morning along with senior leaders.

The party plans to march to the ED office on APJ Abdul Kalam Road in support of Gandhi when he appears before the agency.

To finalize the plans for the protest, the party has called a virtual meeting of general secretaries, in-charges of various states and state unit presidents on Thursday evening.

Senior party leaders said the state units should also launch various campaigns against the ED’s summons in the money laundering case related to the National Herald-AJL deal.
